Our voices are our greatest gifts, our greatest assets, AND they’re also our greatest responsibilities.

A gift to receive that can heal you, expand you, and bring you endless joy and meaning. Our voices are windows into our heart and soul energy.
They reveal us to ourselves allowing us to become who we were born to be.
They cut through the noise of other people’s stories and allow us to reclaim that truth, that heartsong, that only we can know and hear and bring into the world.
Which is why our voice is also the most precious offering we have for others.
Your voice is the bridge between you and us. It is how you love, how you help, how you uplift, how you inspire, reassure, embolden, soothe and serve. Only you can speak, sing, write, teach or respond the way you do.
Because our voices are shaped not only by our vocal chords but by our entire body, by our very essence, by each of our emotions, by our capacity for silence, by our willingness to show up in all our vulnerability, rawness, integrity, softness and strength.
It is shaped by all of our past and present experiences, challenges, healing and wounds, and it is shaped by all our conscious and repressed desires.
Our voice is ALIVE, and the embodiment of our inner world—it is breath turned into sound, spirit turned into matter at its most elemental layer.
Our voice is our CREATION and it is both our duty and our privilege to get to fully connect with it, reclaim its depth and inherent beauty, and share it with the world.
Whether you’re a singer, a writer, an activist or someone deeply committed to your calling or your relationships, your voice is the bridge between your dream and your reality.
It is how your ideas turn into songs, essays, powerful speeches, a body of work you’re proud—and in awe—of. It's how you create deep nourishing heart-led intimacy.
When we reclaim our most authentic voice, it becomes the soil for our dreams to seed, sprout and bloom.
It becomes the thread that connects us to the truest parts of us and to those we love or yearn to serve.
Yes, our voice is the great connector. Connecting not only our pelvic floor to our diaphragm to our throat, but our entire body as breath and vibrations move through us, awakening us and nourishing our fascia.
It allows us to bring all that makes us us into the world.
It connects us to our inner world and builds a bridge between the unconscious and the ego, rendering our psyches whole. It connects us to the outer world and builds a bridge between who we are and those who surround us, turning this world back into home.
Our voices are how we honor our decision to leave or support our decision to stay. Our voices are how we pray and our voices are how we grant wishes. Our voices are keys that open us to ourselves and to the world.
Our voice is the SOIL our authenticity needs to blossom.
This is how we care for our own little corner of the world. This is how we take responsibility for the energy we’re bringing into the room. This is how we bridge the gap between intention and impact, making sure they’re in alignment.
This is how the art we’re meant to create can be liberated both from our own limited beliefs and culture’s expectations… thereby truly transforming us and those who receive it.
Through deep intentional voice work, we become safe for others, because our voice is rooted in our center, woven in unconditional love, infused with reverence, fierceness and discernment.
Grounded in our true power, we share from a place of soul—freeing ourselves from repression and oppression, liberating our voices as agents of change, peace, ingenuity and love. We show up for our YESs and we embody our NOs.
This is how what only you can say, create or do becomes reality and meets the need of a world that is desperately waiting for us all to wake up to our power to make things right.
Because the voice is the bridge between the inner and the outer and it is the connector that reunites us in a world that so often led us to fracture and fragment.
When we work with our voice, we are called to face all the blocks that hinder our soul expression, our creativity, our uniqueness, our special kind of genius, our heartsong.
Which means that we need to reconnect with our thoughts, our emotions, our nervous system, our fascia, our greatest dreams, our deepest wounds, our fiercest hopes and our most debilitating fears for our voice to be free.
Yes, we need not only to take full responsibility for our life as we see it, but we also need to lift the veil and welcome our unconscious into awareness.
This is why the journey of voice reclamation is so healing and LIBERATING. Because there is no reclaiming your voice without both going deep within and stepping out into the world fully.
AND SO WE HEAL AND BECOME, FOR OUR VOICE TO BE ABLE TO BLOSSOM AND HEAL.
I didn't stumble into this work consciously. It was survival that brought me here.
In my early thirties I felt myself disappearing. I was climbing a ladder I was not meant for and the higher I got the less the view made sense. I was told time and time again that I was on my destined path and yet I was losing more of myself every day while becoming more and more of what was expected of me. A good physician. A devout caretaker. A loyal daughter to my father. A martyr to any cause I was associated with.
But my body was speaking to me in a language my medical books had not taught me how to read. And my body asked for the only healing that could still reach me. It asked me to start singing again... and that changed everything.
Now you might not be a singer like me, but your voice is still the cornerstone of your integrity and the gateway into the life you have not only always dreamed of but KNOW that you were meant to live.
Because the voice is elemental. It resets our inner world and shapes our outer one. It is made of breath and love, the two most powerful healers. It reawakens our body, unleashes our trapped energy, unshackles our heart, and expands our mind. It brings us back to center and allows us to hold all that we carry with spaciousness, softness and trust. So working with the voice heals our body, heart and mind.
